My husband made an appointment for me to take my vehicle for an oil change and tire adjustment. The lady he spoke to gave him pricing and also said that it would be a fairly quick appointment. I was one of the first appointments of the day, third person to line up. Everyone was super nice. Got checked in right away and ended up waiting 2 hours. Due to a re-location, I searched the SE AL dealers and sent two inquiries via the internet sales option from the ford.com website. The only response I received, which was received quickly, was from the Internet Sales Rep, Mike Wolfe, at Bondy's Ford. Primarily, my interaction was via remote means (text, telephone and email) to lease a new Explorer and have it available in the local area in coincidence with my arrival schedule. Mike Wolfe was awesome to deal with and I can't regard his performance as less than pure excellence.
