After hearing the vehicle requirements I needed to accommodate my disability, Mr. Lawrence Keener took it upon himself to work with me and to sell me my first SUV via phone. Service department is lacking. I have been frustrated for several months in regards to a minor recall. I have reached out 5 times only to be promised a call back on the parts ETA. No one ever calls.

Received excellent service from Dustin Whitman and mechanic on January 19th 2026 while traveling from Florida to Kentucky. Our 2014 Ford f150 started misfiring and running rough. My husband made an appointment for me to take my vehicle for an oil change and tire adjustment. The lady he spoke to gave him pricing and also said that it would be a fairly quick appointment.
